All products sold on this Site are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party production partners, including Printify and its print providers like but not limited to Underground Threads, using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing methods.

Because products are made-to-order:

  • Slight variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur.

  • Production times may vary.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

4. PRICING & SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Orders

Shipping within the United States is offered as “Free Shipping”, which means shipping costs are included in the product price.

International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Rates charged by our production partner (Printify supplier)

  • A reasonable buffer to account for fluctuations and handling costs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any additional government-imposed fees

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through:

  • Squarespace Payments

  • Stripe

We do not store full payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • The information provided is accurate

We reserve the right to cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because items are made-to-order, all sales are generally final unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in print or color

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns that have been:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Altered

  • Damage or stained after delivered
