Orders & Processing

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days (may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods)
• Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner like but not limited to Printify (Underground Threads) for production immediately after purchase.

Processing times do not include shipping time.

We reserve the right to extend processing times due to high demand, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — U.S. orders include free standard shipping.
Shipping costs are built into the product price.

How much is international shipping?

International customers pay shipping at checkout. Rates are based on the Printify supplier’s real-time shipping charges plus a handling buffer to cover carrier adjustments, customs documentation, and administrative costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

How long does shipping take?

United States:
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production
• Total time (processing + shipping): typically 5–12 business days

International:
• Estimated delivery: 7–21+ business days after production
• Customs processing may cause additional delays

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, customs delays, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If tracking appears delayed, please allow 24–72 hours for updates to appear in the system.

If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that garment.

We strongly recommend:
• Comparing measurements to a shirt you already own
• Reviewing size charts carefully before ordering

Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee fit.

We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from failure to review the size chart.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Care Instructions

To maximize the lifespan of your apparel:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on printed design
• Do not dry clean

Improper washing may cause fading, cracking, or shrinkage. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders are sent to production quickly:

• Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase
• After production begins, changes cannot be made

We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color preference
• Shipping delays outside our control

What qualifies for a replacement?

We will replace items if:
• The item arrives damaged
• There is a printing defect
• The wrong item was sent

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion.

Payments

How are payments processed?

We securely process payments through:
Squarespace Payments
Stripe

We do not store your full payment information.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Incorrect delivery location

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We may assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.

International Customers

International orders may be subject to:
• Customs inspections
• Import duties
• VAT
• Additional handling fees

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
• Customer is responsible for reshipment fees
• Refunds (if issued) will exclude original shipping costs
