Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered through our print-on-demand production partners.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printify, and fulfilled by its contracted suppliers like but not limited to Underground Threads.

Because items are custom-made at the time of purchase:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Processing time begins after payment is successfully completed.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches, promotions), processing times may be extended.

Orders are not considered shipped until they have been printed, packaged, and handed off to the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or supplier production issues.

2. U.S. Shipping (Free Shipping)

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are already incorporated into the product sale price.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally where available through our fulfillment partner.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Rates are based on Printify supplier charges plus a buffer to account for fluctuations, packaging, and handling.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

  • Total estimated delivery time: 9–26 business days

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any other country-specific charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carrier disruptions. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) – Shipping & Compliance

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), we comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

Products sold to EU customers are produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printify, using authorized manufacturing partners that meet applicable product safety and traceability requirements.

Responsible Economic Operator

For products shipped to the European Union, the responsible economic operator (as required under EU GPSR) is provided through our fulfillment partner.

The responsible economic operator details may include:

  • Name of the responsible entity

  • EU contact address

  • Contact email

  • Product traceability information

This information may be included:

  • On the product packaging

  • On the product label

  • Within the product listing or documentation

EU customers may contact the responsible economic operator regarding product safety inquiries.

Product Safety Information

Our apparel products are manufactured using industry-standard materials and printing processes. Safety and material information may include:

  • Manufacturer or fulfillment partner details

  • Fabric composition and care instructions

  • Traceability identifiers such as batch or order information

Customers should follow all product care instructions to maintain product safety and longevity.

Product Traceability

To comply with EU safety regulations, orders shipped to the EU may include traceability identifiers such as:

  • Order numbers

  • Production batch references

  • Manufacturer identification

These identifiers allow the manufacturer or responsible operator to trace product production if a safety issue arises.

GPSR Compliance Notice

Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners:

  • Manufacturing may occur in facilities located in the United States, the European Union, or other regions depending on product availability.

  • The fulfillment provider ensures that products shipped to the EU include the required GPSR compliance information when applicable.

  • Customer is responsible for any fees that arise when shipping through customs and/or any charges or fees not originally billed upon checkout or the product(s) purchased.

Safety Issues or Product Concerns

If you are located in the European Union and believe a product purchased from our store poses a safety risk, please contact us immediately at:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable

We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner and the responsible economic operator to investigate and resolve the issue as required by EU product safety regulations.

EU Customer Rights

EU customers retain all rights provided under applicable EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked undeliverable by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • If reshipping is declined, a refund may be issued minus shipping and handling fees.

5. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if:

  • It has not moved in tracking for 10+ business days (U.S.)

  • It has not moved in tracking for 20+ business days (International)

If you believe your package is lost:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  2. We will investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner.

If confirmed lost, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, customers must:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors

  • Verify the delivery address

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Because all items are custom-printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for size errors or buyer’s remorse.

If the issue is verified as a production defect:

  • We will issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence.

7. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the incorrect product and shipping label.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement or provide a refund.

8. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Acts of government

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

All shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

9. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Because items may be fulfilled by different production facilities, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at different times.

No additional shipping charges apply to U.S. customers in this case.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

We do not guarantee modification requests.

11. Print-On-Demand Disclaimer

All products are made to order through a third-party fulfillment provider. As a result:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing methods.

  • Placement may vary slightly from mockups.

  • Fulfillment times may vary depending on supplier capacity.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability (Shipping Related)

Our liability for any shipping claim is limited to:

  • The purchase price of the product, or

  • Replacement of the item

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Emotional distress

  • Delayed delivery claims
